SFC Debuts at 2025 Russia Water Exhibition, Meeting Eastern European Demand

From September 9th to 11th, 2025, the 2025 Russia International Water Treatment & Environmental Solid Waste Exhibition was held as scheduled in Moscow. As a highly influential environmental protection industry event in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region, this exhibition attracted participating enterprises from multiple countries and regions, focusing on presenting practical technologies and equipment solutions in the fields of water treatment and solid waste treatment.

Shanghai Fuchan Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. took product posters and application case videos as the core display carriers, comprehensively introducing its sludge treatment equipment series to customers from Russia and neighboring countries. A number of cooperation intentions were reached on-site, laying a solid foundation for expanding the Eastern European market.

Tailored to the characteristics of the Russian market demand, the booth of Shanghai Fuchan Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. was designed to be concise and practical.

In the core area of the booth, Russian-version product posters were displayed, clearly marking the features and core parameters of the flagship products. Meanwhile, application case videos were presented to customers, including real scenes of equipment operation in domestic food processing plants, petrochemical enterprises and municipal sewage treatment plants. With Russian subtitles, these videos elaborated on the actual performance of the equipment in treating high-viscosity and high-oil-content sludge in detail.

During the exhibition, a delegation from a municipal sewage treatment plant in St. Petersburg became a key client for docking. The head of the delegation stated that the local existing equipment had low treatment efficiency and relatively high sludge disposal costs.

Combined with the delegation’s daily sludge treatment demand, the team of Shanghai Fuchan Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. calculated on-site through an energy consumption comparison table that the adoption of the company's equipment could save approximately 800,000 rubles annually in electricity and labor costs. Supported by the operation data of sewage treatment plants of similar scale in the videos, the delegation expressed their intention to cooperate on the spot and agreed to refine the online technical plan after the exhibition.

"Speaking with real cases and data is our core principle for connecting with overseas markets," said the person in charge of Shanghai Fuchan Machinery's exhibition team.

This exhibition not only achieved customer docking, but also clarified the optimization directions for equipment localization adaptation through exchanges with local enterprises, such as adding Russian-language operation interfaces and adapting to local standard voltages. It is reported that the company has planned to incorporate the collected market demands into its product upgrade plan and has begun to connect with local Russian service organizations to provide support for subsequent equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance.

As an enterprise with 18 years of deep engagement in the sludge treatment sector, Shanghai Fuchan Machinery’s participation in this exhibition marks a crucial step in expanding into the Eastern European market. Leveraging the policy advantages of China-Russia environmental protection cooperation and the high cost-performance ratio of its products, the company will continue to advance its market layout in Russia. Going forward, it will further boost brand awareness in the Eastern European market through online live broadcasts, displays via local partners and other means, and provide practical solutions for the development of the local environmental protection industry.
